If you have a problem playing video in iTunes in Mac, most like it is cause by “DisplayLink” software.
To solve the video playing problem,
- search “DisplayLink” in spotlight.
- find “DisplayLink Uninstaller”
- Uninstall the DisplayLink software
This should solve the problem.
