Here are the steps to follow that should resolve this issue:<\/div>\n

  1. Save these steps somewhere safe and close Chrome.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the “Preferences” icon in your Mac’s menu bar and select “Profiles”.<\/li>\n
  3. Select all “AdminPrefs” profile(s) and delete it\/them by clicking the minus (-) icon at the bottom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once you’ve removed the unwanted “adminprefs” profile(s), you should be able to follow these steps:<\/div>\n

    1. Open the\u00a0Terminal app\u00a0(Go > Utilities > Terminal or press Command+Space and search Terminal)<\/li>\n
    2. Enter the commands below and hit the Enter key after each one:\n
